The Birdie is specifically designed for our smaller structures such as feet and forearms.
Inspired by the humble golf ball, the Birdie has been designed to provide optimal pressure for these smaller structures on our bodies. We put the Birdie on a cord so it won't fly away from you.
The Birdie can be used against the wall or on the floor.

Tried and tested hardness... after much testing we settled on the 'Goldilocks' level of hardness. Hard enough to release your sore points, yet soft enough not to trash your soft tissue.
Microbe resistant... silicone rubber is naturally hydrophobic, which has the added bonus of resisting the colonization of bugs. That's one of the reasons why it's often used in medical devices implanted inside your body.
Easy to clean... when we're using these tools after exercise, or even after someone else, it's reassuring to know that the surfaces won't take up the sweat and grime of other users, and can be readily cleaned. Silicone can be cleaned with a wet cloth and can easily withstand rubbing alcohol.
